Chai Dreams Chocolate Edition

Oh look you've found it, the ultimate Chocolate Chai!
No sugary chocolate powder is used, with ours containing a strong base of our popular Chocolate Cacao Husk tea that contains no sugar - yet still provides a distinctly chocolatey taste.

Besides a generous portion of this chai containing cacao husk, and orange pekoe black tea other ingredients include a dash of Green Cardamom, a sprinkle of Cinnamon, a handful of Star Anise, and a drop of clove for good measure.

Brewing

½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
15g of chai per person.
Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.
Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
Increase heat until can see steam.
Strain and add honey for taste.
