Round Leaf Mint (Prostanthera rotundifolia) is another mint native to Australia that has been in use for thousands of years by the first Australians - the Aboriginals. Of superb quality, this mint is of a more milder tone than your traditional peppermint and can be best described as minty, slightly citric, and with earthy tones.

A wonderful unique Australian grown treat that is known to help with headaches, colds and digestion.

How to Brew Round Leaf Mint Native Tea

This is a strong leafed tea, with only half a teaspoon needed per cup.
Steep in boiling water for 3-4 mins.
